The Board generally cannot take action on items that are not listed on the agenda.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please use the same phone number to register and to call into the meeting. The system matches your registration to the phone number you provide. Using a different number may prevent the system from recognizing you, which could delay your participation or cause you to miss your opportunity to speak.
When you call into the meeting, you should be able to hear the proceedings. You will remain muted until it is your turn to speak.
If you cannot hear the meeting, verify that you called in using the same phone number you used to register. Using a different number may prevent the system from recognizing your registration.
If needed, disconnect and call back using the registered number, or submit a new registration using the phone number you will use to participate in the meeting.
